Practical training program “Best practises of efficient production”
This training program consists of 5 pactical seminars whic introduce LEAN thinking, including different elements and techniques of LEAN. As an addition to classroom seminar we will actually visit different production sites that have successfully implemented LEAN in their production process. After each training there is a ca 4 hour visit to a different production site that introduces its case and presents some of the implemented LEAN tools in practise. Participants have an opportunity to ask additional questions about gains and problems of LEAN implementation from a direct source.

Public training course is organised once per calendar year and it is carried out in Estonian language only.
