Basics of LEAN, simulation game of LEAN production

The training gives general overview and Lean manufacturing prnciples, covering topics like Toyota production system, 8 wastes (muda), value added and non-value added activities, push and pull production, etc.

The seminar is targeted to LEAN managers and specialists such as continuous imporovment managers or kaizen officers, but also general managers and production managers are most welcome to participate.

This seminar is part of the LEAN Managers Development Program.
