Production Managers Development Program
TJO Konsultatsioonid has been educating production managers for over a decade by now. Many production managers from different production companies have participated in the program. Knowledge, skills and experience gained has helped participants to be more successful in fulfilling their role.
It is a set of five (1-2 days) practical trainings, which are aimed to develop production managers’ skills and to give them opportunity to meet with colleagues and share knowledge.
The program consist of the following trainings:
When applying the proper tools, cost and wastes can be reduced. We also demonstrate ways on how to can easily integrate ISO 9001 and lean principles.
A 2-day behavioural management training course. Practical communication exercises with feedback. Objective is to increase participants awareness of the role of production manager, develop attitude, knowledge and skills that help to fulfil this important role.
It is not easy to keep people motivated. Thus it is recommended to keep in mind many relevant techniques and tricks.
Poor planning will generate many problems and costs. Training will teach how to keep production under control with proper planning.
Equipment and machinery is aimed to serve us. The training will teach how to develop total productive maintenance (TPM) system which ensures that machinery is maintained and can be used when necessary.
